This pillar focuses on helping you build a strong and functional core — starting with the foundation: your pelvic floor.

Using the PelviPower Chair, we support you in developing a positive and effective connection with your pelvic floor, improving awareness, strength, function, and control.

 

You'll begin to understand how the pelvic floor works in partnership with the rest of your deep core system — including the diaphragm, transverse abdominals, and multifidus.

These key muscle groups work together to create your true core — a dynamic system that provides harmony in motion from the inside out. Together they form a powerful foundation — a floor you can build everything else upon.
